This is a tutorial on how to build a small, above ground pond and waterfall that could go anywhere in your yard. It could even be placed on a patio or deck. All you need is a pond liner, pump, waterfall feature and some retaining wall blocks and you have yourself a "fiesta" inspired water feature.
